Job Description:
- Represent the complete Group-level procurement account portfolio.
- Lead Group sales projects, including negotiations throughout the sales process.
- Assist the organization in innovating and developing new business models based on customer needs and requirements.
- Lead critical sales and cooperation projects in the sales domain, including Wireless, Fixed Network, Core, and IT.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with local internal BU operations to ensure quality and profitability in project execution, including project management and negotiation.
- Develop sales account plans aligned with regional strategies.
- Build relationships with senior customer executives to achieve a "trusted partner" status and address the entire network operations business needs of the customer.
- Manage the overall Huawei relationship with the customer based on a thorough understanding of their global/local network operations and stakeholder objectives.
- Develop long-term business with the customer by building and maintaining key relationships and trust, and identifying strategic partnerships for profitable opportunities based on service delivery.
- Ensure effective deployment of the sales process as defined within Huawei's overall business process.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Sales, with a proven track record in a major telecom organization or senior management role.
- eTOM and/or ITIL qualification or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of customer business priorities.
- Excellent sales management skills, preferably with key account or senior sales management experience.
- A strategic business leader with the vision to create opportunities in key growth areas like Wireless, Fixed Network, and IT.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom solutions, markets, products, and business processes.
- Proven ability to engage with customers to identify, sell, and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Solid financial awareness to assess the cost and revenue implications of actions.
- Focus on operational excellence, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
