We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Initiation
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
