Job description

Main Duties:
New Car Registration - Customers:
  1. Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, payments, invoices, loan, trade-in, and insurance applications.
  2. Ensure organized records of vehicle sales, customer information, and relevant documents.
  3. Correspond with LTA on matters pertaining to new regulations and new car registration.
  4. Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval and follow up.
  5. Assist in refund payment.
  6. Manage COE bidding and vehicle registration.
  7. Ensure correct rates and charges for PDI, warehouse storage, transportation, handling fee, etc.
  8. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
New Car Registration - Company and Staff Purchase:
  1. Compute a CAPEX worksheet with supporting information on the cost of vehicle.
  2. Liaise with Sales on the homologation status, vehicle availability, add-ons requirement.
  3. Raise the Request for Approval (RfA) in myServe system.
  4. Prepare info for issuance of motor insurance.
Used Car Sales – Company Fleet:
  1. Obtain latest mileage reading, retail price with and without additional options to source for quotes.
  2. Provide buyers/dealers NRIC/ACRA for Business Partner Due Diligence check.
  3. Prepare and get signatures for Sale and Purchase Agreement, Asset Disposal Form, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, and vehicle details including Gain/Loss against Net Book Value data.
  4. Follow up on necessary documents and payments from buyers/dealers.
  5. Coordinate with buyers/dealers on the date and time of collection.
  6. Transfer of vehicle ownership via One Motoring (LTA) website.
  7. Cancel motor insurance once cars are sold.
Others:
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors or the General Manager, Finance & Admin.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes and regulations.
  • Proven 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, creative individual.
  • Customer-oriented and patient.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
