A leading self-storage company in Asia is seeking a Marketing Technology Lead to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency through technology. The role involves managing HubSpot, integrating marketing tools, and analyzing campaign performance to drive insights. Co-founded in 2019 by a leading US private equity company and management, the Company has rapidly grown to become the largest owner-operator of self-storage in Asia with nearly US$1.2 billion of AUM and over 370 locations: with operations in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia. The Company is targeting to become the dominant self-storage platform in Asia-Pacific over the next five years through organic growth and strategic M&A.
Role Summary:
In support of StorHub’ s growth strategy, a new role has been created to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency through the use of technology.
We are seeking a data-driven and technically skilled Marketing Technology Lead with deep expertise in HubSpot to lead our marketing automation, CRM configuration, and digital campaign operations. This role bridges the gap between marketing and IT, ensuring seamless integration of tools, accurate data flow, and technology-enabled marketing performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
HubSpot Platform Management
Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including CRM configuration, workflows, sequences, forms, lists, lead scoring, and email automation.
Customize and optimize HubSpot modules to align with marketing and sales processes.
Ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with GDPR/PDPA/other data regulations.
Martech Stack Integration & Optimization
Integrate HubSpot with other platforms (CMS, Salesforce/ERP, ad platforms, webinar tools, etc.).
Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain API connections, troubleshoot sync issues, and scale integrations.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the marketing stack.
Campaign Execution & Enablement
Support marketing teams with the technical setup of multi-channel campaigns (landing pages, nurture flows, tracking pixels, etc.).
Manage A/B tests, personalization rules, and campaign performance dashboards.
Provide training and support to users across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain marketing and revenue dashboards in HubSpot and/or external BI tools.
Track KPIs such as lead lifecycle, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and attribution modeling.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to derive actionable insights.
Job Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Media, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM administration.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs (HubSpot certifications preferred).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, email templating, and website tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager).
Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, CMSs, and other tools via native integrations or APIs.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for clean data and scalable processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
