• Monitor and analyze marketing channel performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user growth
• Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns across different platforms.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online marketing efforts. Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources based on campaign goals and expected ROI. Continuously optimize spending to maximize results within budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in online marketing, preferably with a focus on performance marketing, growth strategies, and campaign planning.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, display and video ad
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to assess campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to the evolving landscape of online marketing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar would be a big plus
