Job description

The Leaseweb APAC team is growing quickly and looking for talented individuals to join us.

Within Leaseweb, the Sales organization takes responsibility for the full sales cycle. From engaging prospects (business development) to seeking new opportunities to increase the services to existing customers (account management). The team is multi-cultural and consists of eager professionals full of drive and ambition. What is the role about?

The focus of this role is on managing a high volume of small accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic inside sales initiatives, and leveraging sales engagement tools to maximize efficiency. This position emphasizes a combination of individual contribution and Team Management, helping to develop and enhance the inside sales team’s performance.The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and drive sales initiatives across the APAC region, particularly focusing on Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, excluding Japan. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while also acquiring new business through proactive sales engagement. The role requires extensive use of sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation and customer outreach.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Manage a large number of small accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and revenue growth.
  • Utilize advanced sales engagement tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and qualify leads efficiently.
  • Drive inside sales activities, including prospecting, outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize account retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to execute targeted campaigns for lead generation.
  • Track and document sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, pre-sales, and customer success, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.

Job Requirements:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Relevant Working Experience:5+ years in inside sales or sales leadership roles, with a focus on managing high-volume accounts.
  • Industry Experience:3+ years in the IT/Technology sector, preferably within Datacenter, Dedicated Server Hosting, Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud Solutions.
  • Other Experience:
  • Proven track record in demand generation and account management within an inside sales environment.
  • Experience managing sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
