Key Responsibilities - Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards
- Design and implement C&B plans and policies, including wellbeing projects and processes to enhance employee experience for talent attraction and retention, aligned with company objectives. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Salary Structure Design: Develop and maintain salary bands and structures to ensure fair and competitive pay for all positions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation remains competitive within the industry.
- Performance-Based Pay: Develop performance-based incentives, such as bonuses, to align employee goals with company objectives.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation practices meet regulatory requirements, including equal pay, wage laws, and tax regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance to budget for compensation and forecast salary and benefit expenses.
- Employee Communication: Effectively communicate compensation policies and benefits to employees to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
Essential Experiences, Skills & Attributes
- Degree in HRM or related fields with good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience in Compensation & Benefits & Total Rewards.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry, conduct benchmarking, and implement best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI/Tableau, Workday, and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders. Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs.
