Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the full spectrum of sales support, office administration, and accounting activities.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costings, assign jobs to contractors, and ensure timely task completion.
Liaise closely with the sales team and attend to customer enquiries in a responsive and professional manner to meet customer expectations.
Maintain proper documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Perform general data entry, and various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Ensure work premises are clean and organized, and support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
2~3 years in relevant experience will have added advantages.
