Job description

1. Job Description

- Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.

- Manage the progress and milestones. Promote and control issues & ToDo. Organize progress reports and report to client management. Also, manage the cost and human resources.

- Communicate closely with clients, business, & IT-related members. Organize teams and lead until the project ends.

- Manage client expectations to maintain the company’s positive reputation.

2. Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management.

- Must understand the software development life cycle.

- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, managing project development from start to finish.

- Experience in project management tasks such as planning, status tracking, issue and risk management, resource planning, and governance.

- Ability to understand and follow the processes involved in banking system development or implementation projects.

3. Language Skills

- Proficiency in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 or higher) for engagement with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in English (business level) for communication within the team.

4. Banking Knowledge (Preferred)

- Understanding of banking system structures and high-level banking operations.

5. Personal Attributes
