The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a People Engagement & Strategic Planning Specialist
  • It will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

Drive People Transformation

  • Implement workforce development strategy to boost AI competencies across the organization
  • Spearhead cultural transformation initiatives, focusing on employee wellness and engagement
  • Create standardized training modules using our eKBs for onboarding, with measurable learning outcomes
  • Drive learning culture using the Triple E Framework (Education, Exposure, Experience) to ensure comprehensive skills development

People Engagement

  • Skip-Level Meetings: Lead the strategic planning and execution of yearround skiplevel meetings across 3 locations. Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue booking and vendor management.
  • Town Halls: Lead the planning and execution of biannual town halls (physical & virtual), ensuring engaging and impactful events.
  • Staff Communications & Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of the quarterly staff newsletter. Manage the annual Employee Engagement Survey (My Voice), analysing data and generating actionable insights. Develop and design engaging media content (EDMs, newsletters, posters, videos) for internal communications and engagement.
  • Employee Events: Lead the planning and execution of various employee events, including wellness initiatives, volunteering opportunities, staff appreciation events, and initiatives focused on sustainability, diversity & inclusion. Develop and implement engaging communications strategies across all events.
  • Intranet Management: Manage and maintain key event materials on the SG IBGO Intranet SharePoint.
  • Monthly People Review: Lead the monthly SG IBGO People Strategy Review, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, checks/reconciliation, and preparation of impactful presentations for senior leadership.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to define and shape short- and long-term SG IBGO priorities.
  • Scorecard Management: Manage and maintain the annual scorecard exercise across 6 departments.
  • Management Offsites: Lead & manage management offsites 2 times a year

Governance & Executive Support

  • Executive Support: Serve as the Secretariat for SG IBGO, developing agendas for the Head of Singapore for Country Cadences, Management Offsites & Townhalls, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Communications: Translate complex information into clear, concise messages. Craft compelling narratives and presentations that articulate the technology vision to internal audiences, including executive leadership

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in designing engaging media content is highly desirable.
  • Team player with enthusiasm, initiative and resilience
  • Strong attention to detail & willingness to continuously strive towards higher standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
