Job description

What you will be working on:

You will be involved in the following responsibilities:

  1. gov.sg social media and direct messaging platforms
  2. Play a role in the development and execution of an online strategy to enhance the gov.sg social media and direct messaging platforms.
  3. Run gov.sg’s daily operations, such as content creation and publication, as well as platform and community management.
  4. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including IT departments, creative and social media agencies, to deliver public communications objectives.
  5. Analyse performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to optimise content and campaigns.
  6. Support other marketing and communications activities, as required.
Digital Display Panels (DDPs)
  1. Assess content submitted by Government agencies in accordance with prevailing content guidelines and best practices.
  2. Liaise, coordinate and maintain monthly content calendar with Government agencies and DDP vendors, while ensuring alignment with national priorities and a good mix of topics.
  3. Execute tech innovation projects to enhance DDPs’ utility and interactivity, and to streamline work processes.
  4. Execute regular research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of DDP and develop recommendations for improvements.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in management of digital media accounts
  • Apt knowledge and understanding of digital and social media channels
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, curious and willing to learn
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and comfortable with numeracy
