Job description

Summary

• Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

• Basic up to $2800

• Location: Kallang

• AWS, $100 transport allowance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders in daily operations

• Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport booking with carriers based on specified routing and service levels

• Monitor transport execution to ensure all supply chain stakeholders follow established work standards and instructions

• Handle customer requests and supply chain incidents or disruptions

• Report issues to supervisors and relevant supply chain stakeholders in a timely manner

• Ensure tracking event updates (milestones) are provided on time and accurately by suppliers and carriers

• Follow up on missing events and investigate data inconsistencies

• Provide input for reporting, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews

• Support analysis of standard KPIs and reports, suggesting areas for improvement

• Assist in onboarding new suppliers to ensure compliance with global order, event, and SOP requirements

• Follow all relevant SOPs, work instructions, and job-specific procedures

• Support the implementation of process or policy changes as determined by process owners

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry, preferably freight forwarding
