About Us:
We’re a growing renovation and design contractor that believes great spaces begin with great ideas. From residential transformations to commercial revamps, our projects blend functionality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Professional to help us tell that story, loudly, clearly, and with lasting impact.

As our Marketing Strategy Professional, you’ll be the voice and visionary behind our brand. Your role is not just to “market,” but to shape perception, generate qualified leads, and elevate our presence across platforms—both digital and offline.

Strategic Marketing & Branding
  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, client trust).
  • Refine our brand positioning, tone, and visual identity to resonate with homeowners, interior designers, and commercial clients.
  • Launch and manage seasonal or thematic campaigns (e.g., Q3 kitchen revamps, year-end remodeling packages).
Content & Digital Marketing
  • Plan and oversee content calendars for social media, newsletters, blogs, and video storytelling (before/after showcases, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes).
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, or videographers to produce engaging project features.
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and improve website performance.
Lead Generation & CRM
  • Design and execute digital funnels (landing pages, Google/Facebook ads) that convert.
  • Work with sales team to refine customer journey from first contact to post-renovation follow-up.
  • Use CRM tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Forge partnerships with ID firms, property agents, or home platforms.
  • Explore pop-ups or experiential marketing at design fairs, BTO roadshows, or community events.
  • Launch client referral programs and customer loyalty touchpoints.
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the renovation, construction, real estate, or design-related sectors.
  • A strong understanding of construction and renovation backend processes, including method statements (MS), risk assessments (RA), and safe work procedures (SWP).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, integrated campaign planning, and multi-platform execution (social media, web, ads, print).
  • A keen grasp of brand storytelling, digital marketing tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • An eye for aesthetics and deep appreciation for functional design—knowing what makes a space feel cohesive, modern, and client-ready.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with renovation workflows, interior design terminology, or customer-centric B2C service marketing.
