About the Role

An established leading MNC is seeking a Head of Cyber Security Operations to lead their team.

Your Responsibilities

1. Oversee and integrate Incident Response and Security Engineering functions.
2. Supervise major cybersecurity incidents, ensuring proper investigation and response.
3. Review and prioritize Red/Purple teaming exercises, Breach and Attack Simulations based on strategic importance.
4. Lead and guide Cyber Engineering projects.
5. Promote automation and efficiency within cyber operations.
6. Define and monitor metrics related to cybersecurity operations, security posture, and threats.
7. Maintain team capabilities, ensuring skillsets and resources are adequate.
8. Optimize processes across Cyber and IT teams.
9. Manage audits and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
