Job Description:

• Oversee the maintenance of both interior and exterior building infrastructure

• Perform repairs and upkeep of building fixtures and fittings

• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of lifts and cranes

• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the building and its surroundings

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
