Job description

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop new business opportunities to meet market trends and company goals
  • Lead outbound demand generation through cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, and telesales
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales pitches, and presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-ups and networking
  • Report weekly forecasts and track sales performance .

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing) to attract leads
  • Manage and enhance content on websites and social media platforms to boost engagement
  • Develop independent content and manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media
  • Explore new communication channels to improve brand presence and lead generation
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including advertisements, event promotions, and marketing presentations

Networking & Brand Awareness

  • Maintain active participation and membership in industry networking organizations
  • Attend events, trade shows, and webinars to promote HRIS and payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create sales enablement materials (brochures, whitepapers, case studies)

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development (preferably in HR software, SaaS, or payroll solutions )
Proven track record in telesales, internet sales, or software product sales
Experience working in a sales or marketing team environment
Proficiency in SEO/SEM campaigns, web analytics, and Google Ads etc
Strong understanding of search engines, Biz research tools, and digital marketing strategies
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related field
