2. Create memorable guest experience

3. Operational excellence
Consistently adhere to all operational procedures to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
Manage excellence presentation of our Prize shop and prize games display and inventory.
4. Drive the business and deliver results
Achieve financial targets by through effective management operation, people and service
Ensure disciplined management of store expenses
Manage people resources to maximise sales, traffic flow, venue coverage and guest engagement.
Analyse, interpret and apply data to identify key issues and put down action plan to maximize the business
KPI
Achievement of venues gameplay & revenue target
Improvement in venues operation audit ( minimum 95% )
Improvement in team morale & discipline through general observation and number of feedback received ( operation audit, social channel, team’s turnover ).
Heightened guest experience in venues ( feedback, social channel ).
Improvement in operation processes efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
1. At least 8 years of retail experience of which at least 5 years are in venue leadership role.
2. Exceptional people management skills and have managed a moderate size team of 40-50 people.
3. A strong operational background coupled with excellent business acumen and sales driven.
4. Strong analytical skills, sharp, independent and hands-on
5. A good and eloquent communicator and a passion for sales and guest service.
6. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:
Five-day work week as per duty roster
You will be given 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday off per month, the other off days will be mostly on off-peak weekdays.
10.30am-9.00pm/11pm according to shift
