  • Drive sales and meet key performance targets, including daily calls, quality scores, and sales conversions

  • Engage with existing and potential customers via outbound calls to promote our General Insurance products

  • Use your knowledge and charm to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

  • Convert high-quality leads provided by the company into successful sales

  • Ensure all customer interactions follow regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines

  • Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system

Job Requirement

  • We welcome any individuals who are looking for a sales position to earn additional commission and incentive

  • Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or financial services is a strong advantage but not a must to have

  • Possession of General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) is a plus

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers

  • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive selling ability
