Finance Manager
Location: North Singapore

About the Opportunity:
Hudson is partnering with a well-established multinational in the food and beverage distribution and manufacturing sector to recruit a capable and commercially astuteFinance Managerfor their Singapore operations.

This is a leadership role overseeing the full finance function of the local business, with a direct reporting line to the Singapore Managing Director and a dotted line to the Group CFO based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will manage a lean finance team of three and take ownership of financial reporting, governance, and strategic planning for a business with a P&L of approximately SGD 20 million.

Key Highlights:

• Lead local finance for a stable, growth-oriented business
• Manage a team of 3 and partner closely with senior leadership
• Full spectrum of financial responsibilities, including compliance and strategic planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including monthly closing, management and statutory reporting, and tax compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support business decisions across supply chain, commercial, and operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements
• Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of three professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA certification preferred
• 6+ years of relevant finance experience, with recent exposure in manufacturing or food & beverage distribution
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering
• Hands-on, proactive leader with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing a small team and working in a regional reporting structure
• Proficiency with ERP systems and a solid understanding of Singapore’s financial regulations
