Accounts Executive

Job Description:
  1. Prepare and process accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and maintain full sets of accounts.
  2. Arrange payment schedules, update and follow up on payments, and submit daily and weekly reports to management. Collaborate closely with management to prevent operational disruptions.
  3. Handle audit processes, including financial transaction audits and document control procedures.
  4. Prepare daily sales reports for the Director and management.
  5. Prepare and report on the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation.
  6. Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters such as audits, GST, etc.
  7. Coordinate with external parties like banks and government agencies regarding accounting and costing matters.
  8. Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions. Ensure proper disbursement and crediting of funds, manage petty cash, and process reimbursements.
  9. Handle bank deposits for cash collections.
  10. Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
  11. Prepare annual commission statements.
  12. Conduct monthly inventory stock counts, disposals, and write-offs for assets and inventory.
  13. Assist with e-commerce payments.
  14. Organize and file documents.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification or LCCI Accounting certification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
