JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Human Resources organization, he/she contributes strategic and generalist HR expertise for the Customer Engagement Centers (CEC). Supporting the GM, the DHR is responsible for HR strategy at the CEC site, ensuring alignment in talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, associate engagement, and development. This role covers CEC locations in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Jakarta. The DHR utilizes HR strategies aligned with business objectives to deliver HR services that enable success and develops strategies to meet or exceed customer and employee needs, providing value and efficiency.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
  • 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years' HR or management experience.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years' HR or management experience.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Leading and Managing Human Resources Strategy
  • Develop and execute HR strategies across the site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement HR initiatives, track results, and solve problems to deliver results.
  • Ensure HR practices are cohesive and aligned with company standards.
  • Review and improve operational HR efficiencies.
  • Translate business priorities into HR strategies and plans.
  • Partner with HR leadership to align site strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead engagement survey activities and talent management initiatives.
  • Build a diverse talent pool and serve as a change agent for high-impact initiatives.
  • Monitor HR systems and data accuracy, collaborating to improve performance and control costs.
  • Participate in human capital planning and provide HR insights in executive meetings.
Managing Staffing and Recruitment
  • Partner with management to leverage talent acquisition channels and support hiring processes.
  • Coach on selection and interviewing procedures.
  • Analyze open positions and develop staffing strategies.
Benefits and Compensation Management
  • Lead total compensation and benefits planning, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.
  • Manage payroll processes and benefit renewals.
  • Analyze compensation data and manage internal equity and adjustments.
Staff Development and Compliance
  • Oversee staff training and development activities, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Ensure HR staff are trained in HR technology, processes, and policies.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance across all HR-related activities, including immigration, employee relations, and audits.
Management Competencies & Technical Skills
  • Build relationships, develop talent, lead change, and deliver results.
  • Utilize HR knowledge in personnel management, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training, payroll, and education.
