To perform clerical duties such as data entry, updates, and filing of documents.
To process, keep track of, and clear customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
To work closely with respective sales account holders in resolving order discrepancies and related issues with customers.
To perform, maintain, and monitor system updates (contract data and payment) in a timely manner to facilitate order fulfillment and shipment to customers.
To coordinate and facilitate other administrative activities such as customer sample delivery and cheque collection via third parties.
Requirements:
‘N’ level with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in customer service will be an advantage.
Possess good communication and coordination skills.
