Responsibilities

1. Participate in formulating departmental strategic objectives, oversee project progress, and ensure the successful achievement of key milestones for special initiatives.
2. Build and maintain good cooperative relationships with overseas studios and stakeholders, organize technical exchange meetings, explore cooperation opportunities, and be accountable for outcomes.
3. Coordinate internal resources to support project collaboration, operations, and successful delivery in the Asia-Pacific region.

Who We Look For

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the internet industry, with a track record of managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to delivery; experience organizing medium to large-scale technical events is preferred.
• Strong self-drive, project management skills, and resource integration abilities; capable of cross-national collaboration and cross-cultural communication; good logical thinking and communication skills are preferred.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, with strong execution skills, initiative, teamwork, and adaptability to different work modules.
