About the Role

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and agency movement process for AIA sales channels, including conducting and reviewing agents' fit and proper assessments.
Be up-to-date and well-versed with regulations related to agent onboarding, fit and proper requirements. Support the team in day-to-day tasks such as data and report provision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new agents, from due diligence and reference checks to onboarding completion.
  2. Stay informed about regulations and documentation related to onboarding representatives and fit and proper guidelines.
  3. Lead onboarding sessions, track applications, and push for timely submissions.
  4. Follow up promptly on pipeline applications.
  5. Create agent codes and file onboarding documents timely.
  6. Support the consolidation of agent statistics (demographics, adverse records).
  7. Monitor agents with adverse records or under monitoring.
  8. Support agent movement processes promptly.
  9. Prepare payment files related to onboarding and representatives.
  10. Streamline and improve onboarding and agency movement processes.
  11. Lead project discussions related to onboarding and agency movement.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Update agents' particulars and details regularly.
  2. Assist in license registration with MAS and GIA.
  3. Support annual fit and proper exercises.
  4. Maintain agent codes across divisions.
  5. Generate reports and analyze data.
  6. Support platform migrations and perform gap analyses.
  7. Update SOPs timely and support month-end activities if on weekends.
  8. Conduct UAT and post-implementation checks.
  9. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations or related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Soft skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work independently.
