Job description

Our organization seeks a Senior Executive, Marketing Account Management to execute various go-to-market motions that constitute an outcome-driven, integrated marketing plan. In this senior role, you will drive effective conversations with Vendor-Product Managers and Business Unit leaders to provide data-driven consulting and a programmatic approach that results in industry-leading program growth, campaigns, and events backed by best practices and highly competitive standards.

The role is primarily responsible for the Infrastructure or Commercial Hardware pillar that significantly contributes to the marketing portfolio and revenues via Platform Marketing engines. Other key functional pillars include Rewards and Incentive Engines, Xvantage, Brand, and Digital Marketing (IDM), which support the marketing services offered and uphold the pillar's contributions.

Our ideal candidate has direct channel marketing experience and has executed multi-touch campaigns in a B2B platform marketing environment, with excellent project management and execution skills.

Highly desirable skills include strategic planning aided by proactive research on vendor products and programs, data-driven decision making, effective ROI measurement, collaboration with the business, relationship growth (internal and external), quick problem-solving, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and events with a data-driven mindset, articulating clear marketing ROI. Basic understanding and use of MARKETO is preferred.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with existing vendors and channel partners to grow our “Marketing Services” portfolio.
  • Partner with strategically assigned vendors to drive brand, product awareness, and growth.
  • Drive channel sales and increase mindshare through modern marketing techniques that impact partner growth, transactions, and visibility.
  • Ensure all programs follow system-identified SOPs (e.g., PODIO).
  • Explore new channel partnership opportunities and collaborate with agencies where applicable.
  • Organize and execute integrated events and roadshows, digital or face-to-face, working with regionally aligned resources, from ideation to execution. Identify success KPIs and ensure successful delivery.
  • Work with the IDM team to develop digital end-user marketing campaigns to increase influence and generate MQLs, with lead management ownership assigned to the Senior Executive but accountability with the Product Manager.
  • Maintain a pipeline of approved and funded projects aligned with P&L measurements.
  • Use business intelligence data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead program management for Xvantage, working with digital leads and regional teams to define growth strategies. Understanding of Xvantage is important (training will be provided).
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to produce high-quality marketing materials for promotions and product launches.
  • Modernize marketing through digital and innovative techniques.
  • Assist with resource and budget optimization, proactively identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain the health of our marketing performance and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Digital-first mindset with demonstrated experience in B2B platform marketing is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of direct channel marketing experience; experience in tech leadership is a plus.
  • Speed in execution and collaborative working style.
  • Strong digital marketing skills to drive platform initiatives, reach, and revenue.
  • Willingness to research and experiment, e.g., with Xvantage.
  • End-to-end digital marketing experience is essential.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Positive mindset and effective internal and external communication.
