Job Description: Finance & Compliance Manager (Entry/ Mid-Level)

We are a renowned Single-Family Office that has turned into a Multi-Family Office with more than two decades’ experience in providing comprehensive wealth management solutions for ultra-high-net-worth families.
As part of our growing team, we are seeking a Finance & Compliance Manager to provide support for finance and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Attention to details: Responsible for various regulatory compliance matters for the firm and its clients like MAS Compliance, ACRA, IRAS, etc.
- Back-Office & Operational Support : Execute day-to-day office workflows, ensuring seamless performance of all administrative and operational tasks. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Client Lifecycle Management : Lead in end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding (KYC, legal/audit/compliance) to ongoing oversight/ monitoring, including regulatory updates and liaison with external parties (bankers, custodians, lawyers and auditors).
- Entrepreneurial approach: The candidate needs to take initiative and ownership of the role and be able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance/compliance roles, back-office operations with exposure to client service preferred.
- A background in accounting, finance, compliance and legal skills is desired.
- Understand and go through the financial statements. Go through various agreements or legal documents in detail and come out with salient points
- Ensure proper storage and safeguarding of data, records and important documents.
- Remain updated on regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to fund management / family office.
- Assist in administrative tasks or ad-hoc concierge tasks for the clients as and when required.

Technical Skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and implementing emerging technologies for daily workflow efficiency and operations optimization.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in core business applications Office 365 especially Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to financial databases and investment reporting platforms will be an added advantage
Qualification
Bachelors / master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Law or Business preferred.
