Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the team to uphold service quality standards, patient care, and overall service coordination to foster a culture of CARE.
  • Work proactively to grow services and achieve set objectives and targets.
  • Establish and oversee procedures for smooth operations, including managing documentation, licenses, and SOP adherence.
  • Plan staff rosters, manage inventory, and maintain equipment to meet patient needs.
  • Implement and monitor appointment systems and internal controls.
  • Ensure clinical and service quality, promptly addressing feedback and complaints, and assisting with fertility procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring clinical standards and safety.
  • Manage medical records, drug inventories, and facility maintenance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Coordinate with vendors and evaluate products and services.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and update risk assessments.
  • Facilitate patient flow and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 5 years of healthcare or clinical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work a 5.5-day work week.
