Job Description:

  1. Develop and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring its ongoing suitability and effectiveness in supporting business and operational needs.
  2. Implement and maintain the quality system in compliance with ISO standards.
  3. Review and update the company quality and procedure manuals.
  4. Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Act as the liaison officer during internal or external audits by certification bodies, auditors, or customers, and follow up on corrective actions.
  6. Coordinate vendor qualification programs with Business and Procurement departments to establish a reliable vendor/partner pool.
  7. Provide leadership in Quality functions, including Customer Satisfaction, Quality System, Software Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Manufacturing Quality, driving towards quality goals and objectives.
  8. Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) awareness training for staff.
  9. Participate in tenders related to QA specifications.
  10. Conduct audits on customer onboarding processes.
  11. Assist in customer audits.
  12. Hold regular QA meetings and address QA matters within Cyber BA.
  13. Manage the Documentation Control Center (DCC), overseeing procedures and documentation.
  14. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and value through incremental improvements.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or in a similar role.
  2. Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000).
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  6. Knowledge of audit methodologies.
  7. Competent in report writing with good command of English, both spoken and written.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal guidance.
  9. Willingness to learn and upgrade relevant skills continuously.
  10. Strong drive and determination to achieve set goals.
  11. Work location: Jurong East
