Job Details:
Location: Ang Mo Kio (With company transport at Jurong East, AMK, Tampines MRT)
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am -5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries by incoming phone, email, or in person
Responsible in handling the complaints in a calm and professional manner
Work closely with internal teams to solve issues
Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the manager.
