We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations for our clients. This role requires a strong grasp of local payroll laws, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate payroll reports and payments on time. You will be the go-to person for payroll matters, including monthly processing, final settlements, statutory contributions, and client billing.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build positive client relationships. Familiarity with systems like Timesoft and HReasily is essential, as is the ability to manage confidential data with discretion. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Process full spectrum monthly payroll activities, statutory calculations, and final calculations.
- Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery of payroll reports, payments, and statutory processing.
- Prepare and submit Work Pass applications on behalf of clients.
- Update Work Pass expiry date records for all clients and follow up on renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Handle invoicing and billing monthly, follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Submit MOM monthly surveys for clients.
- Handle government paid leave claims and NS claims for clients.
- Prepare payroll and work pass engagement letters for new clients.
- Assist clients with CPF Direct Debit arrangements, CSN numbers, and Auto Inclusion Scheme.
- Unlock employee accounts on the Employee Self Service Portal, process leave applications, and adjust leave records.
- Update leave approvals and generate leave reports as per client instructions.
- Calculate prorated leave entitlements for resigned staff and inform clients.
- Update system records for new and terminated clients.
- Handle recruitment tasks for clients, including posting advertisements and downloading resumes from job portals.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and payroll processing or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Experience with payroll software such as Timesoft and HReasily.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, especially in payroll calculations and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
