Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This individual will manage a complex schedule, facilitate key communications, and serve as a strategic partner in supporting high-level decision-making. Core responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing meetings, screening and drafting correspondence, liaising with stakeholders, and managing sensitive information with discretion. The role also encompasses preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel and logistics, and overseeing special projects or initiatives as delegated by the CEO. The Executive Assistant may act as a liaison across departments, occasionally represent the CEO at meetings or events, and support operational needs including office management and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing schedules, communications, and logistics for senior executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and high-impact correspondence and documents.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive and independent problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to navigate complex environments and personalities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and/or financial planning support is a plus.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software).
