Our Client
A Leading Digital Payment Services and Technology Provider in Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the company offers professional digital payment services and solutions with quality local accounts and technical services across 17 operation offices in Asia-Pacific.
Reporting to the Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the company’s customer base, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through both outbound sales efforts and targeted marketing initiatives. This is a single contributor role.
Key Accountabilities
• Proactively identify, engage, and close new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, social
selling, and events.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing
generated leads.
• Devise and manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solutions and
segments.
• Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer pain points to craft
effective outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to fine-tune positioning and messaging.
• Manage and build strong relationships with banks, merchants and business partners.
• Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and
initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management.
Key Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in payment, banking, eComm or IT solutions.
• General knowledge of financial or payment service and technologies an advantage.
• Good network and connections in the merchants, eCommerce or payment/banking sectors.
• Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship.
• Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success in digital or fintech industry.
• Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client needs.
• Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
