Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong relationship with clients during consultation.
  • Responsible for providing the clients with advice and guidance relating to immigration.
  • Conduct sales pitch to potential clients.
  • Follow-up on sales, prospects, track leads and submit reports and work plans.
  • Achieve the sales objectives and targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their enquiries are handled promptly.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably candidate who has at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and video conferencing eg: Zoom is a MUST.
  • The salary will be determined according to experience.
