Air Export Manager @Changi

Job Details

We're looking for an Air Export Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure seamless airfreight operations-from Singapore to the world!

Salary Range: S$ 4,000-5,600/month
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5:30pm) + 1 Alternate Saturday Per month (9am-1pm)
Leadership Role: Mentor and guide both local and offshore teams (BPO in Manila)
Impactful Work: Ensure smooth Global Trade compliance and Customer Satisfaction

Job Scopes:

Lead and inspire Air Export Ops + Customer Service team (including after-hours Critical Response Team)
Oversee end-to-end airfreight documentation-HAWB, MAWB, permits, customs clearance, and real-time shipment tracking
Optimize resources for peak efficiency, especially during weekends & public holidays
Build strong relationships with airlines, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Drive process improvements and digital transformation in freight operations
Train and develop new talent to uphold world-class export standards

Requirements:

2-3+ years of hands-on airfreight export operations experience
Expertise in Tradenet, Cargo Community Network, and freight systems (CargoWise One preferred)
Singapore Customs & IATA regulations knowledge is a MUST
