Job summary

Job description

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts and managing month closing
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and managing the cash book
  • Issuing invoices and receipts as needed
  • Liaising with tax agent and corporate secretary for annual filing of financial statements
  • Timely GST filling and submissions
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll from payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Compute salaries, bonuses, CPF contributions, and tax deductions.
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI or ACCA) or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office
  • Must be meticulous in work and good record keeping
