Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts and managing month closing
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and managing the cash book
- Issuing invoices and receipts as needed
- Liaising with tax agent and corporate secretary for annual filing of financial statements
- Timely GST filling and submissions
- Prepare and process monthly payroll from payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Compute salaries, bonuses, CPF contributions, and tax deductions.
- Other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI or ACCA) or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office
- Must be meticulous in work and good record keeping
