Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in building/facilities servicing and maintenance.
• NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install facilities hook-up equipment and perform general building repairs.
• Ensure proper operation of ACMV, M&E, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot plant equipment.

Job description

• Working days/hours: Mon to Fri, 7.15am – 7.30pm / 7.15pm – 7.30am (rotating shift)

• Allowance: $12 Morning / $26 Night (Shift Allowance)

This company is a leading technology and engineering company specializing in aerospace, defense, security, and digital identity solutions, serving both government and commercial sectors.

What you'll do :

• Install facilities hook-up equipment and perform general building repair work

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), fire protection systems, and plumbing systems

• Conduct routine checks as per provided checklists and procedures, including troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment

• Coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment

• Operate fire pumps or diesel generators during emergencies or as assigned

• Support the Company Emergency Response Team and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements

• Shift work + Office hours available

Job Requirements :

• Preferably at least NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
