Job Responsibilities
Attend and follow through on inquiries.
Handle customer service and client relations, complaints and related matters.
Clients visit for home visit consultation when required
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and client care on the CRM and other Company systems.
Build rapport, generate reports, and collect feedback on the standards, effectiveness, and efficiency of company's personnel and products.
Responsible for data analysis, generating, reviewing, and preparing trend reports, updates on key business metrics, and providing insights that drive decision—making
Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.
Involves and participates in projects relating to the business growth and improvements
Prepare and conduct internal training based on business needs when required
Foster positive communication and collaboration among different teams and departments to ensure cohesiveness.
Assist the Head of Operations with daily operations, including checking, monitoring, analysis, preparation of business slides, reports and documents.
Job Requirements
Must have customer service experience
Must have data analysis abilities but qualifications in data analyst is not required
Must be good in excel, data collection and analysis
Preference for hospitality and customer service background. Candidate needs to be
Able to have the heart to render care to patients
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
Experience in data analytics and customer service, preferably with healthcare knowledge
Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem—solving skills.
Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.
