Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend and follow through on inquiries.

  • Handle customer service and client relations, complaints and related matters.

  • Clients visit for home visit consultation when required

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and client care on the CRM and other Company systems.

  • Build rapport, generate reports, and collect feedback on the standards, effectiveness, and efficiency of company's personnel and products.

  • Responsible for data analysis, generating, reviewing, and preparing trend reports, updates on key business metrics, and providing insights that drive decision—making

  • Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.

  • Involves and participates in projects relating to the business growth and improvements

  • Prepare and conduct internal training based on business needs when required

  • Foster positive communication and collaboration among different teams and departments to ensure cohesiveness.

  • Assist the Head of Operations with daily operations, including checking, monitoring, analysis, preparation of business slides, reports and documents.

Job Requirements

  • Must have customer service experience

  • Must have data analysis abilities but qualifications in data analyst is not required

  • Must be good in excel, data collection and analysis

  • Preference for hospitality and customer service background. Candidate needs to be

  • Able to have the heart to render care to patients

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

  • Experience in data analytics and customer service, preferably with healthcare knowledge

  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical and problem—solving skills.

  • Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.

  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.
