Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and various departments, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee daily office operations, manage facilities, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, negotiate contracts, maintain relationships, and assist in procurement.
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring decisions.
- Develop orientation programs for new hires and forecast staffing needs to fill gaps.
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Draft contracts and letters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain employee records, organize training programs, and manage employee benefits and policies.
- Supervise disciplinary actions, employee terminations, and off-boarding processes.
- Implement policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, manage benefits, and calculate commissions for sales staff.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle work permit, employment pass, SPASS, and CPF/IR21 submissions, ensuring adherence to MOM laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
