Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support and advise the Client PM team with design and installation reviews and inspections for new and existing engineering systems.
  • Provide updates and trackers of engineering projects and action items.
  • Provide technical review and advice on design, construction, and operation of engineering systems, including suggestions on third-party vendors and evaluation of proposals.
  • Suggest improvements and modifications of engineering systems in terms of technology, cost, and time.
  • Participate in detailed design reviews and coordinate with third parties before bidding and construction.
  • Coordinate quality assurance/quality control and installation checks with clients and third parties, ensuring delivery aligns with standards and specifications.
  • Participate in commissioning and witness activities, providing observations and follow-up suggestions.
  • Follow up on defect rectifications and inspections for closure.
  • Review as-built documentation for acceptance and handover.
  • Regularly update engineering documentation.
Reporting:
  • Monthly reports on engineering ideas, progress, issues, and action follow-ups.
  • Presentations on improvements and modifications during technical evaluations.
Education and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering, with a postgraduate degree in engineering or project management being a plus. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and detailed project management is essential.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop improvement initiatives, flexibility in managing daily activities, and proficiency with systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
