About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Channels and Admin Coordinator to support our team in managing key retail accounts, including Guardian, Watsons, Sasa, and other offline channels. This role involves a blend of administrative support and offline sales channel management, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Offline Channel Management:
    • Support the channel lead on offline channels like Guardian, Watsons, Sasa, and other key accounts, driving sales growth and profitability.
    • Assist in offline activation events, including preparation of collaterals and event planning.
    • Manage merchandiser schedules and ensure effective in-store execution.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with buyers and outlet personnel, ensuring smooth operations such as stock ordering, replenishment, and promotional setups.
    • Plan and implement new product launches, securing optimal display space and negotiating advertising and promotional spend.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales) to deliver effective in-store activations and promotions.
    • Negotiate pricing, promotional allowances, and trading terms to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for a productive work environment.
    • Handle basic HR tasks, including onboarding and attendance tracking.
    • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Modern Trade and General Trade channels, preferably in FMCG or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills for external customer engagement and internal team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
