Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse – Nurse Clinician

We are inviting passionate and skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Nurses to be part of our forward-thinking surgical team as Nurse Clinicians. As a Nurse Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting orthopaedic procedures, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, and fellow healthcare professionals to uphold the highest standards of care and safety in the operating theatre.

What You’ll Do

Ensure the operating room is well-prepared with the necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide timely, efficient assistance throughout procedures.

Uphold stringent aseptic and infection control standards to protect patient well-being.

Perform accurate instrument and material counts before, during, and after surgery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve surgical outcomes and patient care.

Support patients with compassionate care during the pre-operative and post-operative phases.

Stay current with developments in orthopaedic surgery and best practices in perioperative nursing.

Participate actively in professional development and training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with a valid Singapore nursing license.

Prior scrub experience in orthopaedic surgery is preferred; training can be provided for those committed to developing specialist expertise.

Sound knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and theatre protocols.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration.
