Senior Quantity Surveyor

Taking Lead in all aspects of duties relating to quantum study of disputes and claims which includes:

1. Quantum study of claims relevant to all parties
2. Collating, consolidating, and analyzing relevant information for quantum studies of claims
3. Performing valuation to main contractor’s VOs and subcontractor VOs
4. Preparation of VO claims submission and VO payment claims

Assists Commercial Manager(s) for the following tasks:

1. Identifying and reviewing basis of claims
2. Handling claims received from subcontractors and JV partners
3. Preparing correspondences related to claim matters
4. Accessing and verifying basis of claims raised by all parties
5. Liaising with claim consultants
6. Making periodical reports of claim progress

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Civil Engineering;

Minimum 5 years of experience as a cost in Construction handling matters related to disputes or claims, experience of industrial project is preferred.
