About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with can-do attitude and equipped with problem solving skills. Experience in operations management would be a plus-point.


What you'll be doing

  • Monitor raw material to co-packing to finished goods production end-to-end process for timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and optimising stock levels by working hand-in-hand with warehouse assistant, packers and sales team.
  • Resolving any supply chain issues and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Implementing process improvements and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the procurement function

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within the FMCG or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and proficiency in relevant software/systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
