Job description

Our client is an international asset management firm that offers global investment management expertise through global/international equity funds. They are seeking a Product Development/Management professional to join their team. The position will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management of the lifecycle of existing products and assist with bringing new products to market; execute strategies that position the firm's products, and support business development and client service efforts on product-related initiatives.
  2. Highly involved in product initiatives.
  3. Develop product ideas from concept to business case.
  4. Ensure the timely delivery of new products or product changes.
  5. Responsible for day-to-day product development tasks, working closely with sales, legal, operations teams, and third-party service providers.
  6. Project-manage and participate in product development, management changes, and other related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, or asset management) and/or from a Big Four accounting firm focusing on funds management.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail and driven to deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the asset management industry in Asia and investment products.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
