About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of international shipping, customs compliance, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics, transportation, and supply chain activities across local and international regions
  2. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including customs documentation, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
  3. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and warehouse partners to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
  4. Develop and implement logistics strategies to support project timelines and inventory requirements
  5. Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve shipment delays or disruptions
  6. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal logistics policies
  7. Track logistics costs, prepare reports, and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  8. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to align logistics plans with business needs
What we're looking for
  1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of customs clearance, freight terms, and logistics regulations
  4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
