We are hiring Admin Assistants (Shipping) [MNC] (CEN).
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents submissions
- Check shipping documents and system entry
- Telex release confirmation
- Save shipping docs after check
- Follow-up with supplier on any amendments needed
- Send payment advice and scanned documents
- Follow up and enter payment date into system according to received payment advice
- Ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Min. ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Good communication, organization, and administrative skills
- Able to multi-task
- Competent in MS Excel.
