Job Description:

Providing strategic guidance to the board to ensure the Company achieves its financial vision, mission, and long-term goals.

Keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of developments aligned with the Company's objectives.

Achieving sales targets, optimizing production structure, and contributing to operating margins by directing and controlling all company operations.

Collaborating closely with international and regional export teams to manage an effective network of distributors and agents in countries not directly served by the Company.

Initiating and implementing management policies and procedures related to all aspects of administration and finance.

Developing and applying sourcing policies to maintain supply effectiveness and adapt to geographical considerations.

Ensuring compliance with Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety & Security policies.

Researching and implementing new initiatives to drive revenue, reduce operating costs, and maintain competitive, quality products while delivering excellent customer service.

Providing guidance, advice, and support to the Production, Quality, Engineering, and Administrative Departments.

Promoting staff wellness and implementing policies in line with labor legislation and health & safety guidelines to foster a diverse and positive working environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business and Management fields.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in plant operations.

Experience in Risk Management within Plant Operations.
