A leading company in Singapore seeks a Master Planning Office professional to oversee budgeting and demand management. This role demands strong analytical and project management skills, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to drive operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in IT strategy and healthcare, along with exceptional communication skills.
Position Overview
Master Planning Office - Demand Management (MPO-DM), is responsible for the overall coordination and governance of the budgeting, work planning and demand management process and timelines across Synapxe and all Public Healthcare Entity Partners.
The MPO-DM team will streamline governance and process to ensure systemic sources of truth (SSOT) are in alignment to corporate and stakeholder requirements. This scope requires to identify key sensors for management reporting, and to work closely with the business heads and key stakeholders to support sustainable operations and partnership engagements.
This role requires a keen analytical acumen, strong project management and change management skills, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver on project initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Drive the demand management process and manage operations to ensure effective allocation or resources, prioritization of work and delivery of business objectives
Provide central planning guidance taking into consideration overall resource envelop, budget envelop and tech Roadmap alignment
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stake holders to gather data and input necessary for effective planning
Analyse and intepret complex data to drive business decisions and identify areas of improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct regular reviews of planning processes, suggesting improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Create and manage communication plans. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and understanding of the work planning process
Requirements
10+ years working in internal IT strategy, business planning or related role. Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute. Experience in leading design, implementation as well as management of IT programmes and projects governance framework, preferably in a large size organisation operating in a highly complex environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent presentation skills with ability to convey complex information in clear and concise manner
Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to evaluate change impact and effectively address challenges
Ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure
