A leading company in facility services is seeking a motivated sales professional to support their growth strategy. The role involves managing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales objectives. Ideal candidates should have a competitive nature and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the in-country retention and growth strategy for specialised sales in close cooperation with the Sales Manager, Commercial Director and the Operations Managers/ Director
Maintain or grow existing accounts through proactive retention activities with close engagement with customers and operation
Prospect, qualify and actively generate new opportunities in the specialised sales segment
Manage and engage in customer facing activities to prioritised new leads, understand the customer’s needs, communicate the ISS value proposition
Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with other commercial functions in response to customer’s needs and requirements
Achieve established sales objectives in relation to pipeline development and opportunities conversion and provide sales forecast
Negotiate the commercial and contractual terms and conditions in collaboration with the Risk and Legal function
Actively drive development of innovation enabling compelling customer solutions to existing and new customers
Implement effective and consistent sale process through the use of CRM and ensure proper sales documentations is produced, handled and filed in accordance with ISS policies and processes
Collaborate with the transition and operation team to ensure successful handover of works to ensure they meet customer requirements for a smooth and successful service delivery
In collaboration with the operations team, maintain customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities within the account.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years in operations or commercial
Strong results from related commercial or business development functions
Ability to work across customer organisation by establishing credibility at all levels
Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs
Dominant traits include a competitive nature, goal-orientation and high fighting spirit
Possess strong time management skills to meet tight timelines
Common commercial traits include high work capacity, contact/communication skills and empathy
