Job description

[Job Order: 959917]

This is mainly a Fullsets accounts role, training can be provided for the HR Admin duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Help maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating external & internal audits, preparing audit schedules, and addressing auditor inquiries. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Accounting Manager, senior management, and other departments.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, training, and development.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in full set accounting, related work experiences.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Sage), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Good communication, responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
